Suite à la débâcle du Real Madrid face à l’AC Milan, plusieurs figures historiques du club ont partagé leurs réflexions sur l’état du club. Il faut dire que l’ambiance autour de la Maison Blanche est morose, et Carlo Ancelotti concentre la plupart des critiques.
Predrag Mijatović : “Je ne sais pas si Ancelotti a la capacité de réagir”
Sur les ondes de la Cadena SER, Predrag Mijatović a exprimé son inquiétude, estimant que l’entraîneur italien a perdu le contrôle de son équipe. “Il arrive un peu tout et n’importe quoi au Real Madrid. J’ai le sentiment que l’équipe a échappé aux mains d’Ancelotti. Avec les changements qu’il a faits, je ne savais pas quelle direction l’équipe devait prendre. Il a tenté de s’améliorer, mais cela n’a pas fonctionné.”
Ancien joueur et directeur sportif des Merengues, “Pedja” est préoccupé par l’image que renvoie actuellement le club. “Après deux ou trois années splendides, je pense que le moment est venu où l’équipe relâche la pression. Maintenant, quelles solutions peuvent-ils trouver ? En ce moment, il y en a très peu, vraiment. Je ne sais pas si Ancelotti a la capacité de relancer la machine et de remotiver ses joueurs. Il y a beaucoup de joueurs mécontents, comme Güler et Endrick, qui jouent moins qu’ils ne l’espéraient.”
Mijatović pointe également la structure de l’effectif et les défis pour Ancelotti. “Bellingham a très bien commencé l’année dernière, maintenant il est moins bon. Et avec l’arrivée de Mbappé, il y a une tension entre lui et Vinicius, tous deux souhaitant jouer sur la même aile. Ancelotti ne peut pas simplement leur dire : ‘Vous devez faire ce que je dis.’ Il semble écouter trop d’opinions divergentes et n’a pas les mains aussi libres qu’auparavant.”
Jorge Valdano : “Le Real Madrid a beaucoup perdu sans Toni Kroos”
Sur Movistar Plus+, Jorge Valdano a rejoint les propos de Mijatović. “Quand il n’y a pas d’ordre, l’entraîneur a une part de responsabilité. Certains joueurs de talent n’ont pas encore retrouvé leur forme optimale, mais il y a aussi un problème dans la construction de l’équipe, qui manque d’équilibre.”
Pour Valdano, l’absence d’un élément clé se fait sentir depuis cet été. “Le départ de Kroos a été sous-estimé, et c’est au milieu de terrain que le Real Madrid ne trouve pas son équilibre. Kroos apportait patience et vivacité d’esprit selon le besoin. Beaucoup de choses ont été perdues avec son départ, et l’équipe n’a pas su compenser, malgré la présence de certains des meilleurs joueurs du monde.”
Bien que l’Allemand ne soit plus là, l’effectif a suffisamment de qualité pour proposer un bon football. Ancelotti doit maintenant rendre leur superbe aux joueurs présents et composer avec ce qu’il a sous la main pour sortir le club de cette crise.
